One year after releasing a full remake of a cult classic. Destroy all humans!, THQ Nordic also plans to revamp its 2006 sequel. During its recent publisher show, the company Announced Destroy all humans! 2 – Reprobate (yes, that’s the real name of the game). It will be out “soon” on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X / S and PC.
Developer Black Forest Games is remaking the PlayStation 2 and Xbox title completely from scratch on Unreal Engine 4. The studio says the new game will feature a local two-player splitscreen co-op and a “much larger” open world for for players to explore. The 2006 original was a game in the series developed by Pandemic Studios before EA acquired the developer in 2007 and subsequently closed in 2009.
